I love La Fonda Mexican restaurant. I usually only get tacos. But there guacamole is amazing. My husband orders a variety of things has never gotten anything bad. The salsa and chips the best in area. Yesterday a homeless lady came in and they fed her as though she was a paying customer. Very touching, the waiter treated her with much respect. One my my girlfriend and my favorite place to eat. I'd go there just to hang out with the servers because they're just good people. Service is fast and excellent. Our food normally comes out before we even make a dent in the chips and salsa (which is also good). The food is very tasty and nice large portions! It's a pleasure every time.
Party of 2. Went on a Friday night around 830. Not horribly busy. Food was good. Horrible service. Waited approximately 10 minutes before server asked about drinks. Meals arrived before salsa and chips. Server also never checked on us after getting our food. Sat for another 10 minutes before going to the cashier. She had to find the server to get our check. Told cashier we had horrible service. She apologized. The end. We wont be back. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in the area.
The enchilada sauce had lots of cinnamon in it. It terrible. Only that was good was the chips and homemade salsa.
This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in this area!! It is clean, the staff are courteous professional and always attentive to your needs!!! IThe food is hot, good and quick!! I love going there! You WONT be sorry! Freshness Guaranteed!!
Fresh food, huge servings, wait staff are friendly, helpful, always asking if you need anything. Wait time is very short, very festive decor. Great place to take your out of town visitors.
