Been here several times, never had a problem. Tonight went to dinner with family. First, only asked adults for drinks and not the kids (3). Secondary , when we got our food my 5 year daughter got her Mac and cheese, complained it tasted bad. I got it not only did it smell bad but tasted bad it was rotten. And they knew it. 3.5 stars would be more accurate. 4 stars for service and 3 stars for entrees. We were greeted and seated immediately. The restaurant had a good size lunch crowd already. Our server, Jesus spoke Spanish which high school classes ill prepared me for but if I ever want to work on my Spanish this is a place to visit. Jesus was great. Salsa was fantastic. I love La Fonda Mexican restaurant. I usually only get tacos. But there guacamole is amazing. My husband orders a variety of things has never gotten anything bad. The salsa and chips the best in area. Yesterday a homeless lady came in and they fed her as though she was a paying customer. Very touching, the waiter treated her with much respect. One my my girlfriend and my favorite place to eat. I'd go there just to hang out with the servers because they're just good people. Service is fast and excellent. Our food normally comes out before we even make a dent in the chips and salsa (which is also good). The food is very tasty and nice large portions! It's a pleasure every time.
