I wish i could give them less then one star. Cancelled my membership/ training in person they still charge even though my contract ended over a month ago and i have proof of it and they will not reburst me and the "Manager" called saying they would over 3 three ago bunch of liars. I will never go back there or recommend it to anybody

Why is it your "manager" Orlando actively posting things on FB while he should working? Its bad enough when his behavior and affair with Adriana (which believe me was public. I was signing up as a member and there Orlando was making passes at her)... was brought directly to John K**** ***, it was ignored... Just saying

As per LA fitness, I’ve froze my account in feb 2018 and never used the service but each month they have charged my account $10 for the last three years. I was out of country from Feb 2019 and they continued to charged and they are not responding my responsibility to cancel. My bad time, I cancelled it but lost my document and when I moved to home country. Member Id: ********* Expected some Customer value and ethics from the company but they are rude and money minded. Worst business!

The WORST gym experience I’ve ever had. As someone who has been in the gym industry for 5+ years I was disgusted with the facility and customer service provided to myself and my husband. The facility was in disarray, all the equipment was rusted and all over the place, it was crowded not because of the people but because of how disorganized and dirty the gym was. My husband and I were visiting my mother from out of town and she is a member there, they didn’t even allow us a complementary day as visitors so we paid the 16.50 ... read more

I canceled my membership 3 years , it took me 6 months to cancel, run around. And today they started charging my card again

This company sold my personal information regardless of the disclaimer I signed alleging they would not do so. I have recieved numerous scam phone calls and have been informed other people are receiving scam phone calls from my number. This all occurred right after I signed up with this company last week.

I am absolutely sickened by the lack of respect this company has for people who do not want to come to the gym during a life threatening pandemic. I am at risk and I have a child at home and they still will not cancel our membership/personal training. While I understand we signed up for it, this is something no one could see coming. All I would like is my membership and personal training to be canceled so I do not have to live in even more debt than I already am as my husband is not working his normal job due to COVID. The most unethical company I've ever contracted with. Don't believe a word they say. You think you're getting a deal. Then it's a contract you can't get out of. The sales people are complete liars and that's what they are taught. I was told that I had a "monthly" contract, with a "one time payment" that there was no "monthly payment" and that I had to agree to 12 months. I m trying to cancel my membership. LA FITNESS says only way to cancel membership is via sending mail application. I m stuck at home due to COVID. Its unfair to ask people to first print application and then mail it during COVID times. Why wont they allow online or phone cancellations?
