Hello, I was at the LA Fitness in Glenside, PA with my wife this morning we went into the room where they hold classes when the class was over around 9:45. We were in the back of the room where the heavy bags are located to do a boxing workout, I pulled down my mask to get a quick breath we were at least 40 plus feet away from the instructor and the person she was talking to. Dallas, Lovers Lane and Mockingbird locations, do not enforce or request mask wearing. Even when it was a city and county mandate. I have requested staff monitoring but many of the managers don’t even masks at these locations.

I'm honestly disgusted with la fitness, my husband started a personal training program there and he went to cancel his personal training program after 7 days because of personal issues and his trainer, ***** told him no and that he would just put it on hold for 3 months until our personal situation would get better and kept charging us when we told him we wanted to quit.. we were pretty much forced into staying into the training and when we saw he kept charging us, we went to him and he said he continued charging us because ... read more

Good luck cancelling your auto pay subscription! They will run you around and then no matter what you do, they will keep charging your account. What a horrible experience.

I've had my family's my membership on freeze. It shouldn't expire until January 2021. Three times now they have charges me full membership price. I called last month because they charged me. The manager said she fixed it and apologized and somehow made it like it was my fault. TODAY they charged me again full membership price. They know my account is frozen but they had to charge me and get that money out of me. I am done and over with LA Fitness. They are crooks are just take your money. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! The facility is ok not bad I think they actually improved. Why I think the facility has improved you ask. Because they rip you completely OFF!!!!! If you decide to go there I just ask that you plz watch your account. I had so many miscellaneous charges on my account just because what was told to me was not happening. I am being charged for personal training and there are no trainers available to book with in the 5 closest clubs to my home. They are trying to upcharge me to use purchased sessions that I had previously used.

I enjoy a sauna and hot tub, The Bridgewater club has the sauna closed because of Covid, but the hot tub has been down because they have no one knowledgeable in tub repair. 3 weeks and still broken. Paperwork sent in to cancel my membership. A waste of money.

I had got a personal trainer and membership. I was not advised of the Annually Fee. I have also been told i Can cancel anytime i want without any issues. I go to Cancel. they refused it, I did send a Email to the head office, where they refused it. I spoke to the branch, and they told me I am SOL. They have lied to get me to get a personal Trailer, did not disclose multiple fees that show up, refuse refunds, and harass you over the phone.
