Very poor customer service!!! LA fitness Greenbelt, MD. The club has apparently been sanctioned for people not wearing masks; they have in turn gone completely overboard!!! My mask fell below my nose while I was running. They didn't warn me or anything but an Amanda B******* immediately asked that I leave with the police! She is why I have a customer service complaint. I have been going to LA fitness for years without any issue! And I have no problem wearing a mask! It fell while I was running!

He has Autism, is 20 years old and stopped at this gym branch at 550 Clock Tower Way, Crescent Springs, KY 41017 ( simply to inquire about a place to work out. Zero Stars!! These people are dishonest, deceitful, and use deliberate lies in their sales. I am helping my son now navigate their deceitful. LA Fitness is trying to enforce mask wearing during physical exertion/mid-exercise. When in common areas and as we enter and leave the gym I wear my mask. These employees don’t understand the laws in KY. I pulled them up online and showed the exemptions for wearing a mask which include during physical exercise straight from KY Gov. himself. They ignored the info I presented and never showed me anything in writing regarding LA Fitness policy to prove the latter. Started my membership and personal training sessions right before the pandemic caused closures. Memebership was on a freeze for three-four months. Being high risk I decided I would not be returning to the gym and would like a refund for sessions that were yet to be used and to cancel my membership since money is tight now as well. LA Fitness is a total hustle and professional scam They have streamlined the process of joining, but are totally corrupt in how difficult they make it to discontinue a membership, so much to the point that when I went into the club and requested they cancel my membership, I was told by the management that they could not do it for me on the spot, that l would need to go home and print a form from their website, bring it back or mail it in just to cancel the service. For unknown reasons, L.A. Fitness (ESporta) charged my credit card for $25 on Dec. 17, 2020. When I asked the assistant manager about it, he said that it was a mistake and that he would get it fixed right away. Well, after three weeks and numerous conversations and text messages, the charge has still not been reversed. i would leave less stars if i could. First off on a good day their staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Today, i forgot my mask admittedly so, the policy is mask upon entry and exit only. I have had a membership for 29.99 a month at the Evanston location and I cannot say I have been happy with any of their trainers. I was given 1 or 2 free personal training sessions however, after every session they have kept me there for an hour trying to force me into buying their personal training packages that are extremely expense and are a scam as they don't even give you 30 minutes of their time.
