Extremely disappointed in this facility. Spent thousands of dollars there to be mocked, laughed at and disrespected by the staff. I told them I was no longer comfortable coming to their facility and no one cared, no one reached out.

Horrible ?? people! I went looking for a summer program for my child and paid an initiation fee the first and last month up front and when I canceled the account they did not let me use my last month and on top of that went on and charge me for membership right after I canceled everything! So yes they stole my money and I every time I went there to ask they all gave me a bunch of c*** Very dishonest and lack on integrity on their part. Ill never use this place again. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP AT LA FITNESS SPECIFICALLY THIS LOCATION! We stopped going a long time ago due to the pandemic (obviously they were closed). the primary account holder on our membership cancelled a long time ago and we never received an email re: our options due to pandemic. they claimed than an email was sent and they kept charging the credit card on our account. I've seen a lot of complaints about this problem with LA fitness. They are very fraudulent and would keep charging you even if you cancelled already ... read more

I joined La Fitness in ************ **. I went for the 1 free personal training session. What a mistake!I wanted a 6 month plan ,but it turned into a 1 year $2400.00 plan. I was assigned a trainer ****** nice young man. He never measured me, weighed me or gave me any diet plans. I wrote in all my own workouts in my book. Then he went out on Covid-19 leave for 1 month. DON'T BELIEVE LA Fitness HAS PROCESSED YOUR CANCELLATION UNTIL YOU HAVE WRITTEN PROOF. In April of 2018 my husband and I moved from ******* to ********. In May 2018 we called to cancel my husband's $29.99 membership (no locations in this area). They said no problem and we didn't think about it again. Toward the end of 2018, we realized that instead of cancelling the membership they'd just put it on hold and started charging us $10 a month for the "hold." I am totally frustrated with the way my personal training sessions has been handled. On joining LA Fitness in 2019, I was assured by the Manager that they would give me someone who had the knowledge dealing with clients who had Arthritis issues. At the time of signing up for those sessions, I had to agree that I would pay for a full year which was the policy of Personal training sessions. Incredible lack of customer service, outright misrepresentation and then, after explaining and showing them what had taken place, their solution or offer was to charge us even more than the original double charge they attempted.I have the paper trail, the hard evidence and details of what they then attempted to do. Talk about having car sales charge at you! This place sweet talks you into signing in, but when you think its a done deal *********** steps up to the plate by sliding into the picture. Before you know it, what was suppose to be $24.99 is $699.00. I'm stuck and screwed.

The Signature on *************************, *****, **:It is frequently running out of towels they told me on August 23, 2021 that the washer was broken. I asked the guy, so you only have one washer?.On Saturday, August 14, there was a guy in the stepper with 2 long towels and 2 small towels The number of towels by member should be limited to one of each, otherwise, do not guarantee towels when enrolling a new member.
