This place deserves 0 stars. If you go to this gym you are putting your own safety at risk, a violent altercation on 11/30/22 of a grown man (maybe in his 40's) and a women (maybe 20's) assaulting a pregnant female by throwing her to the ground/punching her and then this grown *********** jumped a man who was with the pregnant women at their vehicle all while a small child is in the vehicle. Wow, similar experience to the list below. Would leave 0 stars. I told them very clearly of how I wanted only one month of training to help my ankle get back online so I could confidently go on a six month adventure. They told me the PT I signed up for was easy to change so 'no problem' on just the x3 sessions I wanted to buy. They signed me up for a whole year's worth of x3 lessons per month at $165 per month. They are literal thieves. Make it impossible to close your account. Shame on the better business bureau for giving these scum an A rating. Obviously the BBB is a bunch of do nothing hacks too.

Too bad I can not give 0. They renew my subscription but they close the gym by my house and they do not want to give me a refund. I live in ********* and they closed that gym now they want to send me to ***********. That is unacceptable.

I would leave 0 starts if I could. DO NOT get training from LA Fitness. They say one thing but then you can not get out of the contract like they said you can. I did a free session with ******* and he knew I was only in ********** for a month and had to go back to ******* where I live. I asked what if I didn't like the other gyms or its not convenient for me to do training there. He said it would be easy to cancel just to say that I live far. The management of the gym is horrible and the equipment is old and *****. I sent an email that the amount of noise the machine is makes me uncomfortable and unsafe. The noise of all the machines could be heard from the front door. I expressed some concern about using the machine but I was told there was nothing they could really do. Would leave 0 stars if I could. The management here is attrocious and it's just unfortunately an overall dangerous place to be. The other day I was working out there when two guys got into an argument. They went to the front desk to discuss and not 5 minutes later the guy who was continuously yelling at the top of his lungs sees me as he is walking back and for some unknown reason, gets in my face saying he will hurt me and shoot me. I was injured in a car accident July 28, 2022. I entered into a contract on July 18, 2022. I contemplated being able to return to the ESPORTA sonI continued to pay $29gym, $49 trainer fee and $198 extra trainer sessions. Total contract for one year $3432. I am doing physical therapy. First they will invite you on a "Free Training Assessment"From there, they will hard-sell you a training plan.
