It's almost unreal how unprofessional and rude these young people are. I called LA Fitness in ********************. My original contract expired during the pandemic, I called a few times to renew it but nobody answered the phone. I tried to cancel my membership by going in person to the gym. I was told that I had to go in between Monday and Friday to speak with the operations manager. When I asked if there was a way to do it online or if I could download a cancellation form, I was told that there wasn't a way to cancel my membership online or a form that I could download. DONT DO IT!!!I signed up for a year of personal training. 5 months in, I had to make an unexpected move out of state. The closest gym to me is over 30 miles away. They wont let me out of the contract. REALLY MESSED UP!!!

*********************** from LA Fitness and ***** has the worst customer Service experience Ive ever experienced. They are rude and not helpful at all. Ive never seen someone have an attitude just because someone is using a 3 day pass. I would never use LA Fitness again in my life.

I signed up for personal training for 6 months which I finished in August 2022. They continued to charge me for the personal training. i called them many times regarding this and no response from them. I even told them that I would like to cancel my membership and they told me that I have to come in person to cancel. I told them i am out of town and can't come, but they insisted me to come in person to cancel the membership. I almost reported LA Fitness as a scam. I switched gyms in Sept. and canceled my LA membership at the same time. LA Fitness allows 2 methods for canceling: going in person or mailing them your cancellation. I chose to mail them my cancellation out of convenience, but I found it odd that they are so old school using mail-in cancellations. Signed up for a personal trainer around Thanksgiving. I was trained for one or two days before being told that they dont have any trainers available for me. Two months later, Im now trying to cancel because I still do not have a trainer. I am unsure how a business can sell a product and not fulfill their end of the deal.
