You'd want to read this before visiting this location! Beware!!! I'm warning you if this was the last option on your list for gym to go to I would recommend you do your workout at home. The LA Fitness in ****** ******* is a disgrace to the franchise. I am a teacher and I have a membership with LA Fitness and then signed a contract for a personal trainer so that I could improve my physical well-being. I started out with one trainer. Signed up to la fitness nearly 1 month ago, when getting my gym membership and signing up for personal training, the guy explained the personal training contract in terms of me being able to pay for one month, then proceeded to skim through everything not allowing me to fully read the contract and I was told I can continue paying if I liked the service and that the trainer would be someone of his quality, my first day of personal training the trainer showed up 30 mins late and was on his phone throughout the session, they fi... read more

Their cancellation policy is a scam and they don't care about their members at all. I was a member since 2020. Like other people who started a gym membership, I wanted to have a healthier life style and work out more. I even signed up for expensive personal trainer program. In the past six months, this gym has become pathetic . All the cable machines have gone through various repairs and they take their time to repair them. All the cable machines are missing their cable attachments. Certain other machines are needing of repair but they take so long to repair them. This gym is only four years old and has been getting so much worse since the beginning of last year. The mens bathrooms are so dirty , its unbelievable. Go to planet fitness or blink .

This business should go under major investigation. Not only they are bad with customer service but they are so abusive to their employees. Lack of good business and poor management, ever since my son started working there he comes home so drained unmotivated and feeling depressed. I have been a member since 2017. Working out 5-6 days a week. The gym used to be clean and the equipment was well taken care of. On December 2022, two of the cable machines broke and they are yet to be fixed. Last week, two more broke, and I believe another one just broke more recently. Where is the maintenance team at?? Terrible. Their service person ******* from ************ ********** was so rude. My son and I have spent the past 6 months trying to cancel a membership. Rules are you need to walk into a La Fitness or email to cancel. All well in good unless you no longer use that email or your account was set up by someone whom you have no contact with. The evening of January 11, 2023, my husband and I visited the Esporta Fitness center at **************************************************************, where we are regulars. About an hour after we got back home there was a knock on the front door. We recognized the visitor as an Esporta employee.
