This is the music the Dj was playing at "member appreciation" day at LA fitness. I'm officially old and proud, excuse me..children are all over and have to walk through the gym to get to the daycare. When I complained the manager said she has nothing to do with it, separate company doing the music so I recited the lyrics I had shazamed to her. Employees are very helpful and made me feel like I did in fact belong there (I am 65 and need me a lot of help).
Like this Studio. I' am in Glendale just for visit my family and they give me a guest pass for one week. Thank you very much. Hammer Strength and life fitness maschines are in perfekt condition and very clean. Great Studio with very nice Personal. Sorry for my english...I am from Germany. The gym is nice but I'm really missing the sauna and steam room...
It's ok but too small everything seems to be very close I like the new equipment but I just think it needs to be expanded to have more space I love the one on 7th Ave and camelback and the one at 18st and camelback those are huge compare to this one but it's ok
The staff is pretty cool. Happy to see you. If you sign up with a personal trainer they treat you like family. But as soon as you can not longer afford both, the trainer's ignore you. So I get no help if I need it. That's my only downfall. I think that if you don't have a spotter or trainer people should at least walk around and check up on you. To me that's customer service and encouragement. But that's just me.
