I went there because the pool at my location was closed as it often is, and I was very pleased with the pool. It was really clean. Also, the front desk personnel and manager were really helpful and accommodating.
Leadership aren't keeping the equipment operable. There were several pieces of equipment that wasn't up to standard or just didn't work at all. I usually bring my own towel but was disappointed that this LA Fitness doesn't even have towels for customers. Equipment is very close and doesn't provide adequate spacing. Not going back to this facility.
Keelie (pronounced Kee-Lee {not sure of spelling}) was uninterested, not helpful and kept saying "they never told me!" Instead of saying "let me find out". She told me "DON'T BE RUDE!" that statement in itself is very rude. I wasn't being rude: she didn't like that fact that I was pointing out facts! She told me "I don't like when people tell me I should be doing me job." Fact is if she was doing her job no one could or would tell her to do her job. I never told her to do her job so she obviously felt inadequate on her own!
Great facility, very clean and organized; unlike other LA Fitnesses I have been to here in Phx.
Great basketball and great people!!! Ask for new counselor Clay when you come in.
Great new state-of-the-art facility but they did away with the racquetball
