What designer decides it's a good idea to have the day care so far in the back that you have to walk the kids through all the gym equipment and people to get to the day care and it has no windows or a lock and no cameras so I have no idea what's happening or who's with my children. Plus it's right next to the locker rooms. I call corporate to voice concerns and was he was SO rude.
So I joined MONTHS AGO and waited while the opening date kept getting pushed out. Finally opened and several things didn't happen. I was told there would be a private steam room in the ladies locker room ... Not the case. I was told the hours would be extended to start, then open 24 hours ... Not the case. Half of the space is taken up with a basketball court, room for classes & spin. Yet they only have about 10 total classes per week. Reconsidering my membership.
What a garbage gym. I used to go to the old one and it might have been older but it had everything you needed. This new one is horrible. I like going at 4 am was told that 5 will be the opening time now. All the machines are crammed together and there is no spa. The pool was freezing no heat at all... I'm still confused as to why a gym needs couches and a screen Tv and no more racket ball... Ots crazy expensive and now you dont get what you pay for. Super disappointed.
Didn't have a sauna or steam room I was disappointed but new gym equipment n looks good
Better than Eos. Better equipment and not full of teenagers and others who disrespect the equipment because they only pay $10 month. Clean, cardio equipment has personal tvs. Disappointed they didn't keep the sauna like previous location. Was previously member of personally owned gym and its smaller with less machines. Like this better!!
What a great disappointment I was hoping for something better not looking forward to go to that location again, it's a smaller place and there is not enough equipment so what is the point if it is a brand-new Gym, when there's not enough equipment to do your workout routine. I had to improvise but still sucked...........
