My North End Favorite – Always a great dinner! The food is excellent and the staff is very accomadating with special requests. When I have visitors from out of town, I always take them to Dolce Vita as an example of how one can eat in the North End - and they are always impressed!
Fantastic and fun! – Love the food, they'll make you anything you're in the mood for, even if you don't see it on the menu. The owner is always there, making sure everything is going well and the guitar player is terrific to lighten up the mood. Just watch the waiters, they sometimes have sticky fingers and try to take your plates before you're finished.
music while you eat – I began going to Dolce Vita in 1994 while attending college in Boston. The owner was standing outside his restaurant telling passersby to eat at his restaurant and that they did not have to pay if it was not good. I have been hooked since then! The food is fresh, tasty and moderatly price and the bonus comes when the owner sings italian songs in the middle of dinner! I even spent my bachelorette party there.
