THE GOOD LIFE! – I HAVE LOVED DOLCE VITA SINCE GOING THERE SEVEN YEARS AGO AT THE OLD LOCATION. YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME, CAN ORDER ANYTHING YOU WANT EVEN IF IT IS NOT ON MENU. I ENJOY THE SING ALONGS WITH FRANCO AND LUIGI. ITS NOT JUST A RESTAURANT, ITS THE WHOLE PACKAGE. NOT TO MENTION THE FOOD! WE HAVE TRIED ALOT OF THE NORTH END RESTAURANTS, BUT KEEP COMING BACK TO DOLCE VITA!
fantastic – We went to Dolce Vita last year for my birthday. It was our first experience there. The food was amazing, I hope to be back this year as well. We have told everyone about the restaurant. The owner even sang happy birthday in Italian to me. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
Dolce Vita - excellent! – WOnderful food. Absolutely wonderful. The portions were generous and the appetizers were excellent.
Great place for any occassion! – I've been to this place 4 times (with family, dates, friends, and coworkers) and I'll keep going back. Really good food. But what makes this place so special is the owner and his staff. He'll be there almost every night to great you (expect a hug and kiss) and he'll sing to you (either solo or with his guitarist or violinist). Just PERFECT!!! – with reservations we sat immediately, owner is great and hilarious, guitarist is fun and food is absoulutely delicious and my husband and i are very picky. i took the time to write this because this place was that good!
Great place for a date! – Great atmosphere, good wine selection,good food. Great place for a date. Serenade was fun, and not imposing. Owner was very personable and even provided his own serenade to people with birthdays. Great place overall.
A pleasure! – I recently dined at Dolce Vita, and I finally understand what my grandfather (from Sicily) raved about when talking about Italian cuisine! From the Chocolate Margarita, to the Bruchetta and Calamari, the Homemade Manacotti, all the way to the Chocolate Covered Canolli and Cafe Late...this was by far the best meal I have ever tasted. Best of the North End – This place has become a favorite of my family. Once you walk into Dolce Vita you immediatly feel welcomed and treated like family. The food is fantastic and the best dishes aren't on the menu, just ask for recommendations or try the special. They will make anything you like. Lobster with a pink sause over linguini is to die for.
Buono a me! – In a word? Perfetto! The staff was friendly and accomodating. The place had a nice, old-world feel to it. The meals? Oh... don't even get me going! Delicious! Big portions, just like the old country. Yummy!
