The lightest gnocchi each rolled by hand just hours earlier. Very fresh food. We just returned from Italy last week and what we ate was right in par. The owner is Italian and what he brought to Athens had the heart and soul of Tuscany.
The food was good for the most part. Pasta was fresh. Some of the ingredients were sub par. Muscles were dried up non existent. Mushrooms were boring. Spinach salad was horribly non descript. Took six tries and forty minutes to finally have bread delivered to our table. Twenty minutes after our cheese and meat appetizers that would have been so much better with bread. The wait was long, the staff was rude, and the food was not seasoned. To top it off, they charged too much for a can of coke that was so small.
Relaxing atmosphere, fresh food, and friendly wait staff. Be sure to ask about the daily specials. Everything is made to order and is a great dinner date/special evening spot!
Outstanding food and atmosphere. Restaurant is multi-floors with plenty lounge areas. Rest room not on every floor. Impossible without reservation. We had reservation and was 30 minutes late being seated.
