RecommendedWe were driving North and decided to stay in Athens Ga. We walked around town and decided to eat at this restaurant! We were not only pleased with our food selection that was made to order, but the owners came out to make sure we were pleased. We wanted to order a bottle of prosecco but we were concerned it may be to sweet. We were offered a taste and we loved it. We look forward to our return visit and highly recommend this great establishment!

So my friends and I came in last night before our formal and as I also work in the food business, I was appalled by the service we received. Because nobody could pronounce the names of the food, we all pointed to what we wanted. When the wrong food was brought out to me, our waiter told me that “I ordered it” and didn’t offer to get me something else. He also only refilled our waters once the entire time we were there. Not looking forward to going back there.
Another great meal at Dolce Vita! Both the service and food made for a great birthday dinner. Thanks to Ash, Shawn and Jay.

Succulent Scottish flavorful Wild caught Salmon served with asparagus, olives , Sicilian fregola (similar to couscous) exquisitely prepared by excellent Chef Blake Petzelt . Pleasant relaxed atmosphere with authentic Italian touches , music and decor . Salad Mista fresh greens , properly dressed with red wine vinaigrette . Excellent attentive service offered by Megan . Dolce Vita is one of Athens ' culinary gems .
