Might be one of the worst pink and white sets I have ever gotten , one of my nails didn’t even get a top coat on it which I didn’t notice till I got in the car and I waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time that I sent yesterday because I had a long wait and the gentleman that did my nails drop multiple items he used on my nails on the floor and just continued to use them then took a cigarette Break in the middle of doing my nails and was too busy trying to do a video call the whole time to pay attention to my nails
I have been using La Bella for about two years now. Steven is awesome but Tee is my favorite. She does such an amazing job and I have never had any complaints about her work. If you are looking for a nail salon that rushes through their work to get you in and out La Bella is NOT the place for you. Thier prices are always the same and they are very clear about the cost of extras. Worst experience ever !! I came to do my nails here for the first time at this salon not only was STEVEN attitude was terrible but he was beyond rude. I came for a full set service was charged $90 which I don’t mind at all for something that I like. What got to me is that he he told my friend to get out with my 2 year old son outside because he was “getting irritated” first of all you don’t do that. I’m so sorry about the experience that you had, but we have our policy and the right to refuse service WHEN clients are having loud conversations with their child, the child is running around or yelling, crying or playing loud music on the phone , or iPad the whole time...which is disrespectful to your Techincian or other clients at the relaxing place. Again, we will refuse any service if that happens again. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

They do an amazing job. Steven and Tim are great. They help me make up my mind on what to get as I am very indecisive. This week is glitter ombre and I love them! Thanks guys!
