RecommendedOmg the customer service!!! I’m very hard to please, seriously... but they made me so happy. Their mobile tech arrived on time and was super sweet and professional. She knew what she was doing, didn’t hurt me at all. My only gripe is the price- good lord. Might want to include the travel fee in those because it’s double the shop Price PLUS a travel fee. But I Will definitely hire again once I’m making more $$ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I don’t if anyone has ever been to this nail salon in Carrollton but please DO NOT come here. My first time going and they cut my daughters cuticles all up after I told them I didn’t want her cuticles cut but he insisted!!! And then he painted the nail with blood spots in it!!!!! I tried to show him and he became rude and disrespectful. Whoever knows this place BEWARE!!!!
Took my daughter right at closing time. Did an amazing job & an even better attitude! Thank you for taking such great care of her tonight!
We made an appt for 2pm and they made us wait until almost 2:30. Then once we finally got seated and we went over prices they were gonna change me $30 to PAINT MY NAILS. Not anything fancy just yellow. THIRTY BUCKS. Then when they told my mom her fill in was going to be $40 we left. All they had done to her hands was file them a TAD. And they charged her $10. We had not been sitting for longer then 10 minutes. Terrible attitudes. Terrible customer service. And TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will never be back and neither will anyone... read more
