I recently just bought my car here. I went to a few other places and no one gave me the time of day. no one took me seriously there. At LA Auto exchange a young guy with a gentlemen's haircut and slight beard helped me went on test drives and took time with me to work on my deal. Dealership was nice and clean and price was very reasonable. I give 4 outta 5 stars.

I bought a 2013 Honda Civic LX from James (saleperson) on 8/10/2015. I found the version of Civic that I had wanted through the internet, phoned them to confirm that it was still available at their lot, came in, did test drive, and bought that night. I had to come back to get something fixed on the passenger door, but that was written into the sales contract, so I didn't pay extra and work was performed as expected. No complaints.

I noticed this dealership had very mixed reviews and the only reason I'm writing one is because I was worried at first. Kenny was my salesperson. I bought a G25 from him and he was great. I am a very particular about what I want. I asked him a lot of questions and when he didn't know the answer he didn't just reply he actually took the time to look into it. My experience was great. So pleased with my experience at LA auto exchange. I worked exclusively with James although Everyone was so helpful during the buying process. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they made it a very pleasant experience. It took a lot of patience to ease my and my fathers minds about buying, and all questions were answered and concerns were put to ease. I just got my very first car over here at LA AUTO EXCHANGE! I actually almost walked off a Carmax lot last night with a 2011 INFINITY G25 that had 75K miles for about 17,000... Luckily I decided to wait and today I got a 2012 INFINITY G25 with 7K miles for 18,000. I requested to be contacted around 10pm last night and as soon as I woke up in the morning I had a email from Steve. We talked 2 mins after the email and set an apt to come down. The entire experience was great! I'm glad I did my homework!!
