Very impressed with this dealership, I've been to many and here they are very straight forward and will work with you to get a good deal. Very honest. Ask for Vynz, he helped my father and I and he did an amazing job, very attentive, great customer service and very honest as well. Overall very welcoming environment and you won't be disappointed.

So honestly I didn't even know if I was getting a car today but guess what I got a car already! Tony was really helpful with everything and he pulled me a great deal on my car. I was car shopping and dealing with different dealerships for a whole month. Finally I came across La Auto Exchange it can honestly say it was the most smoothes and stress free experience I've ever had. Vynz answered all my questions and was not pushy what so ever. I can say that I left with the car that I wanted without breaking my bank account and with a piece of mind which is more importantly. Once again thank Vynz.
I finally made it down to LA on a Saturday and was immediately helped out right away by one of Claudio's associates until Claudio got into the office. The car was exactly as advertised. Claudio quickly got the paperwork ready with all the details we spoke about over the phone (no bait and switch) and the deal was done!. The Manager Chris was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Honest feedback about cars he has owned and gave wonderful recommendations based on my needs.
