The sales staff member (Junior) was quick to respond and very courteous. He was direct about answering any questions I had and I am still considering the purchase, albeit making an offer soon which will be commensurate with the vehicle repair costs I observed that were needed for this used vehicle.
I went there and met with Steven. He had a very hands-off approach. I knew what car I wanted but the place had a ton of cars to choose from. They seemed clean, well cared for, and in great condition. Steven was very forthcoming and there wasn't any haggling over the price. It was selling for what it was posted with no surprises. During the paper signing, he was open to, and gave explanations for everything that he was having me sign. Great and non-stressful experience. Would recommend!

I didn't get the name of the salesman that was assisting me, but he was pretty kind and never pressured any sales on me. I guess the only thing I can take away is that the 4 cars that I checked out weren't exactly presentable, but it is a car lot and you get what you pay for. Customer service is great though, don't get me wrong!
I completely forgot about the DMV registration fee that it turns out we overpaid by $100. Low and behold- we received a check for that difference in the mail today, so, if they weren't ethical they wouldn't of even sent that w/o us badgering them. Honest guys!

Did not buy a car but did meet up with Salesman Alex. The car that I wanted was already sold but he was nice enough to show me the process of buying a car and although he wanted to show me other cars, he did not pursue it further when I said the car I wanted they already sold. Despite that he was helpful and told me about the warranties they offered. Did not feel pressured and will come back if they have a similar car.
Best place. Price was real good compare to other places the guy that help me Ed was nice friendly polite no pressure. I would come back i check prices around and you cant compare Other places over price im already telling my friends
