After having dealt with a few residential and commercial HOA's, I must admit L&C stands out from the rest in a good way. Always willing to solve problems in a timely manner.
This HOA has presented numerous challenges, marked by a variety of issues that have left me feeling thoroughly dissatisfied. From poor communication to arbitrary rules, it appears to be a perfect storm of mismanagement. Maintenance concerns often go unaddressed, and the decision-making process seems opaque, creating a frustrating environment for residents.
