They never answer the email and take an eternity to provide a simple car sticker to be able to park where I live.

Poor Management and Lack of Services at Imperial Lakes HOA The services provided by Imperial Lakes HOA are far from acceptable, especially considering the fees we are required to pay. The management, led by Carlos, is unresponsive and ineffective. Phone calls go unanswered, and it’s impossible to reach anyone who can address concerns or complaints.
