Do not support this company. I adopt a family in downtown LA every year. I called to pay the promotional price for a family in need (did not ask for any further discounts even though it is for charity and a good cause). They don't have gift certificates and when I asked for them to take a couple minutes to put together a letter or something to bring in so the family could redeem the $130 I was willing to spend they said no.
