The KW Property Management - Just an AWFUL experience. The most unprofessional people lacking integrity and common courtesy. It is a shame that people like this are employed and in charge of anything. I was a resident of 5700 Collins Ave “The Seacoast Condominium” in Miami Beach for 9 years. I waited over a month for a check to be sent by KW for car damage. The process had been approved several weeks prior, but KW never actually sent the check, until the Board of the condo building requested it to be overnighted. I received no explanation, no apologies whatsoever from KW. In fact, their office does not accept phone calls apparently - which is rather amazing for a service company.

The worst worst management company existing. They manage my building 5005 Collins Ave Miami Beach, Fl. 312 units. They do not what they’re doing. They never ever answer the phone. The girl in the office hangs up you intentionally for no reason. The manager has no clue what’s going on. . I had my monthly assessment taken autopay. I find out the months been going into a different account ( not mine). Carlos provided bad service, for 2 months have been waiting for him to get back to me and still nothing. Just bad. I called to speak to someone else and i got nowhere. Not impressed at all.

What an absolute disgrace KW Property Management. We use this property management company at the Cricket Club and boy let me tell you, you would think we work for them. The manager that we have, honestly is horrible. You dread going to the office to have to deal with them as you think they are doing you a favor. A few months back we had a disagreement and she actually told me I was racist, because, I said that employees that worked at the building should speak English or at least have some speaking ability.
