I have been an owner at Sterling Condominium for 16 years, and until now, I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from management. This property management company is a joke. They act as if the own your home. In silver palms you think you are buying a nice home in a nice neighborhood and you can live peacefully in your home but this management company decides to tell you what you can and can’t do with your home. They pretty much that you are not allowed to have guests in your home over night. They make it where you have no say. There is not enough adequate guest parking in the area. Our building is under KWPMC management since we decided to work with a management company and the results are wonderful. In addition, we count with great personnel who is on top of our building; for example, Katrina Leitner who is our District Manager and Carolina Serrano who is Regional Vice President for Miami-Dade luxury properties.
