I’ve been trying to get a barcode issue resolved for two weeks after my vehicle was totaled. Despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to reach anyone from the HOA or management. I’ve gone to the office four times during regular business hours, and no one has been there. Avoid KW Property Management at all costs - do NOT rent/buy a property run by the management company. They’ve been holding my $5,500 security deposit for over 5 months now, ignoring calls and emails. They never answer the phone, emails, and force you to chase them endlessly. Total crooks—possibly on the verge of bankruptcy.
