Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
