I have been going to Dr. Kurylas for years, but this past year, the billing department is a nightmare. I am seriously thinking of switching Doctors because of it. I went for a preventive care visit 6 months ago, and I have repeatedly been getting bills when my insurance company says I don't owe anything. I have called and emailed numerous times and even scanned and emailed my EOB. I keep telling the billing dept. to call Carefirst. No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! No, they were very calm and understanding Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
