It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this business in a safe neighborhood? I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
