Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

They are busy, but make time to answer questions. My only negative is that the doctor has to see you physically every time you come in, even if you only come in to have blood drawn - and that, of course, is a charge.

Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kurylas for years. It's very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect
