I went in absolutely having no clue how amazing I would feel when I left! My legs and hips ached from training for my upcoming marathon plus all the other things I put it through! Now I feel pain free again! I will be back weekly!!!
My guys work hard all week outside in the heat. After just one visit they are feeling refreshed and ready to tackle another long week of landscaping and patio projects. Allyson is patient, knowledgeable and did I mention patient! We will be weekend regulars ... maybe I need to add this to our benefits package!
So happy to have a local small business offering cryotherapy and recovery services! I absolutely love how I feel after the cryo and the normatec. I could sit in those all day!

Tried the NormaTec today on my lower legs. Fantastic experience! Wasn't sure what to expect but I can feel the difference in my legs even hours later. Will definitely do again, totally feel rejuvenated!
Absolutely wonderful! I went in with aches n pains in my bottom back. 3 minutes is all it took to take it all away! Very nice people, explained everything I needed to know and asked. Will definately go back. Fibromyalgia sufferers...this is God sent... Try it, you will become addicted..
