great place to recover after a hard workout
I highly recommend trying the different therapies offered at KUR! I have had positive results from using their services. Allyson is very knowledgeable and a delight to talk to.

On Saturday, I did a whole body cryotherapy treatment, the staff were amazing. It was a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend trying cryo out, I know I’ll be back.

I love KUR! It’s an additional therapeutic experience. I prefer a holistic resolution to muscle soreness. It’s quick, painless, and results driven. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and makes the entire experience extra special.
Awesome experience for my 16 yo daughter...she was a bit hesitant at 1st but was so comfortable with Allyson to guide her thru...and she feels fabulous thanks we will be back
