RecommendedI went here for a few sessions, I had an excellent experience.... I slept well and did note less stiffness especially in my knee joints. The owner is very accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure you have an excellent experience. I recommend you give it a try if you are not sure, it is worth trying especially if you have joint pain.
RecommendedI went there this morning after completing the Hundred Mile closer to the free ride yesterday in New Haven. extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff with a clean and comfortable set up made my first time ever going a great experience. I would highly recommend this place and suggest but you go down there and check it out

RecommendedHad my first cryotherapy and Normatec massage for my legs yesterday. I felt amazing and refreshed. I have constant leg pain. my pain disappeared while in the chamber and has not returned almost 24 hours later. I was so relaxed which is not something I can do. I had the best nights sleep in years. Can't wait to see you again.👍

RecommendedI went in sore and it was amazing. It lasted for a couple of days. The place is clean and sanitary. I highly recommend trying it out to heal your body.
