After the 3 minute cold therapy I instantly fell better. All the aches and tightness in my back and whole body were gone. I highly recommend anyone who has any types of aches to try it. You step out feeling like a million bucks!!!!

The Cryo machine was exactly what my daughter needed before she headed off for an intense USA Hockey Development Camp. She felt she had a hop in her skate and contributed it to Cryotherapy. To have this in Old Saybrook is a home run. The facility is clean and well run by one of the best in the industry.
Just left here after trying the cryo and normatec. Instantly feeling relief on my hip flexors after the normatec - so glad I tried it! The two owners were awesome in giving us all of the info we needed and ensuring we understood the process. We will be back! �
