I really enjoyed their cryotherapy. Felt amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
So, I finally went down to KUR today in Old Saybrook to see Allyson. Best decision ever! I did the Whole Body Cryo..cold but awesome 😉 Allyson talked with me and explained everything happening. I then moved onto the Normatic (omg heaven!) We did my legs and hips. It's been a while since I could move my body pain free. Can't wait to get back there!
Best facial ever in less than 20 minutes
What a wonderful spa. The whole body cryotherapy and Normatec pulse is just what I needed after a weekend of working. Hours after my Appointment I still feel great. Refreshed and less joint pain. Customer service was top notch. Cant wait to go back again. Thank you KUR!!
KUR is exactly what our shoreline needed! Amazing place with knowledgeable, fun, and helpful staff- my friend and I went last week and our nerves about cryotherapy quickly diminished soon after walking in because of how friendly everyone was. We got to try the Normatec devices as well which are LIFE CHANGING! It seemed to increase my flexibility and range of motion immediately. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great place. Get in and out, shouldn’t take longer than 5-8 minutes for everything. They walk you through the process and keep you company while you’re in the chamber (just in case you want to exit early because it’s too cold). Great experience, came in with a back pain and one session greatly reduced inflammation and even had a good nap when I get home. Would recommend. I bought a package on the spot.
The cryosauna is invigorating... it’s cold!!! But you feel like a million bucks after. The spa is bright, clean and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The owners are knowledgeable and so friendly. We highly recommend coming and trying for yourself.
