I went in the other day for my back, which I have had problems with for years. I walked out feeling better than I ever have before. I will definitely be coming back to continue the Cryotherapy. Best choice I ever made.

Relaxing friendly atmosphere!!! Treat yourself at KUR recovery spa. I did the boots and my legs felt ten years younger. I slept better than I had in weeks.
I am way too late writing this review but I absolutely love my experience!! I am definitely coming back! I cannot believe how well I slept after the cryotherapy it was amazing in only three minutes it was so rejuvenating!!! I also did the therapy boots and the one for the hip flexors that was ridiculously awesome!! Just had my first Cryotherapy session - yay! It was really great. Allyson made me feel relaxed and totally informed about what would happen during my first treatment. Three minutes went by so fast! For someone with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I must say that this was awesome. I feel like this will really help me, I already feel better - truly!
I cannot say enough good things about KUR! I was dealing with some knee pain and went in a few times, and I absolutely felt an improvement. Allyson alleviated all concerns and was so professional and patient with me. The facility itself is neat and clean. I will continue to go back. TRY THIS PLACE!
Had an amazing time today at the spa! Allyson is extremely knowledgeable about the product and everything she was saying was spot on! Between the freeze and the Normatec pants my legs have never felt so good! I will be back in the near future!!
