Dentist overcharged me by $1575.00 stating that I must pay for the balance that the insurance doesn't pay for and I had to pay before she did any work. As a participating provider for my insurance company, the dentist must ONLY accept what the insurance pays them. They flat out lied to me!!! And than refused to give me the money back!! I needed a dentist in Rockland County but had delayed getting a new one for so long. The other day my tooth was bothering me and they fit me right in. The office was extremely clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Kupchik fixed my cavity COMPLETELY pain free!!!!
I have been treated by many dentist throughout my life and have been searching for years for the right dentist. I have finally found her. Dr. Kupchik and her team are the best. They take their time to make you feel comfortable and lessen your anxiety. The wait time is very short and they keep to your appointment time. The office is extremely clean and they have state of the art equipments. I had three crowns implant in one day and I honestly did not feel any pain.
