I am incredibly sorry for the unfortunate experience you had. It is unacceptable and we are so sorry for any inconvenience you had. Since it is a policy for all KUMO restaurants, that only 6 reward cards can be used per party, table, reservation even if separate check. It also states on reward card fine print. The service was absolutely terrible. I will never go there again.
I took one bite of my food it was cold and it tasted horrible. by far the worst Japanese I have ever had. waiter never came back. they went down hill
Surf and turf combo with shrimp and NY strip. Always good. Cook at the table was a real sport as well. We’re than others like it. Will be back. Will highly recommend.
