I am incredibly sorry for the unfortunate experience you had. It is unacceptable and we are so sorry for any inconvenience you had. Since it is a policy for all KUMO restaurants, that only 6 reward cards can be used per party, table, reservation even if separate check. It also states on reward card fine print. Love there 🍣 always fresh and delicious. chefs are very friendly and make sure they acknowledge in coming customers.
The food was excellant, and very plentiful! Chef was funny and all staff friendly! Atmosphere was very relaxing and cozy! I would definently go back again and recomend it to any one!

Simply the best! Love this place!!!
First time here. We sat at the bar tonight and had a great bartender named Matt. He was very helpful with recommending sushi rolls and Japanese beers and we had their special Mega roll and the fried Spicy Tuna with crab. Wow delicious👍 Only thing is he is native of Pittsburgh and we are from Ohio GO BROWNS🏈 Just Kidding😂
Lots of fun and great tasting food. Service was great!
