I purchased a groupon which is worth a specific dollar amount not a percentage off my bill so anything I spend over the groupon value is extra gravy for them. The fine print says not valid on FEDERAL Holidays. New Years Eve is NOT a federal holiday but when I called to make a reservation I was smart to still ask. And I was told they consider it a holiday. We are very sorry about the inconvenience about the groupon. Yes some of the deals that we post require a minimum purchase or have restricted days they can be used. Most of these offers do state that they cannot be used on holidays or special events. This includes Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
