Got our order wrong 2 times and service suckedwill never go back
Refuses service to Uniformed Officers. I will spend my money else where.
Don't eat here. They do not like law enforcement.
THE restaurant in Irondale refused service to a uniformed police officer so will not ever eat at one ever again. Bet the first phone call they would make in a emergency would be 911 and guess what, police show up. But they would probably bend over backwards if they needed help.
My husband complained about how soggy the burgers were and how cold. The lady was rude and started talking down to him about "you never been to Krystal's? They are supposed to be soggy. You should read about them first." And when we sat down the staff seemed to be laughing at us. Cold, soggy burgers and horrible customer service.
