How the moody location closed and y’all didn’t amazes me. When I asked for chili cheese pups, I received three hot dogs with shredded cheese. Then once I told the worker they didn’t make it right, she asked what was missing and just handed me a cup of chili. Then my cheese krystal had a hole where the cooks finger went through my krystal. Didn’t even attempt to make my order right
I love Krystals but so far the Trussville location sucks. I went through the drive-thru on yesterday since dining room is not open. Was met with the dryest and filled with disgust and tired voice, "what can I get for you". not even a hello or hi. I said "never mind" and drove off. I am an essential employee and have been one for 22 years. I understand how stressful and tiresome it can get dealing with the public. I would think with the dining room not open that would be a pro. Our Krystal were not done the meat was still pink
Krystal’s on service rd in trussville is probably the worst I have ever been too. You have to order your food in the drive tru and again at the window because the person taking your order can’t or won’t listen. Then they give you your food and walk away before you can ask for ketchup or napkins. Employees are flat out rude. At 9:59 am, 2 other customers waiting on their food & 2 customers already eating in the entire store. I Ordered the 3 egg breakfast with well done bacon. I waited 12 minutes on my order, got 2 eggs, limp bacon, & a hard biscuit! There were at least 4 people in the kitchen that seem to be more interested in standing around & avoiding work than taking care of customers. This is my FIRST visit to this location & with 5 other restaurants in view... will be my last!
Food was dry. Received my order, bread cooked too long and no pickles. I went back to the restaurant and told the manager my concerns and she said they were out of pickles. Well that would have been good to know before I ordered the food. But I must say....the manager was extremely apologetic and nice. The food sucked but the lady at the window and the manager was very nice and professional. If by chance corporate is reading this, I'd love to give kudos to the staff working tonight at 9:15 pm!�
It's not even worth writing why you guys suck! I'll just call corporate tomorrow. You guys are useless.
