The service was so slow & all we had ordered was Krystal burgers & fries. The drive thru was slow with people parking & the orders carried out to them. The burgers were soggy & the fries cold. We were traveling otherwise would have never have stopped.
Very soggy burgers....very slow service....would not recommend

Was just told as soon as I pulled up yo the drive through "it's gunna be a 30 minute weight" and 6 minutes later I'm at the window... I think some employees trying to run the customers off in my opinion .... ��
The krystals didn't taste good at all.the buns tasted like they was smutherd in butter and just didn't taste good at all
THIS IS THE WORST KRYSTALS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, TERRIBLE STAFF, UNDERCOOKED FOOD. WAITED 20 MINS. HORRIBLE STAFF, AGAIN.
Parking lot was full of trash! Then I walk inside and the inside, and the store was nasty! All I could smell was piss from the men's bathroom which looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, and when I look around I see 2 mangers sitting on their butts and the crew horsing around! Thanks Krystal.... I'll never eat at one of your places again !!!!!
