I went to get a quick meal. Place was fully staffed and 4 of the associates saw me waiting a while. None said “hello” or “we will be right with you” one register opened with people waiting. Associates did not seem very happy to be there, dragging and taking their time. I left and went elsewhere. Lost my business for sure. Last visit was less than memorable also.

Check your order!!!! Mine was completely wrong. How can you read a screen and yet put the total opposite in a bag. I’m thinking these people need trained better.
We had just moved our son into the University of Alabama on Saturday. We went into Krystal’s to grab lunch after the move to discover they were not opened to the public as they had just finished a renovation or maybe training new employees. A very kind employee named Jackie said she would take care of us and let us order lunch and it also ended up being on the house! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! Just another kind soul in amazing Tuscaloosa. Krystal is lucky to have Jackie. Thanks Jackie!
