In line over an hour. Was told the grill was down because they had just completed a huge order. An hour and a half later they said again it would be 25 minutes.

The poorest run fast food restaurant in Tuscaloosa by far. And that’s saying a lot when you think about how pathetic all of the McDonald’s are. Have been in drive thru for 20 minutes. And still 5 cars in front of me.
I love the chili cheese tots. The wings were great also but super spicy.
Loved the breakfast scrambler until this morning.....but down on a twisted staple after eating two thirds of the bowl. Luckily it didn't stab me or break a tooth. Need to be more careful around the grits.

Argumentative counter help. No condiments in place for customers. Could smell garbage in eating area.
Very disappointed in the service received. Ordered a junkyard tots and it was cold. I asked for them to warm it up and their response was, “we don’t have a microwave”. We don’t have a Krystal in Texas, but I don’t think I will ever be going back.
Staff was Slow to take order. Then took money but was slow to input it into computer/ register . Then brought me my change & receipt. Once the kitchen got the order , they were then able to prepare & bring to the counter. 15-20 minute wait time was an unacceptable wait time, considering dining area was empty.
