Slow service, cold food, bad attitudes. Place sucks.
This location is currently closed I went there today and they are remodeling? I want to know when and if it will reopen?
Waited in line after making order, exchanged money asked to drive to the front with 6 other cars for food to be brought out. Cashier came out, asked what our order was, handed us our food, 3 krystals missing and 1 fries, plus not prepared how asked and shown on receipt. Drove back around asked for refund, was told their isn't refunds to that location. We went through the drive thru this past Saturday night after the game and there was of course a long line, but it moved pretty quickly, everyone was polite and our food was awesome! Wish we had one in Louisiana�
