Visited this location after work for a sale item that was not in stock. Went to customer service desk to request price match with similar item (as this had been done in the past at this location). Request denied. Reached out to customer service via email to address dissatisfaction with service (including not being offered some type of incentive). Customer service appears to always be closed. Online agents won't do anything but tell you to talk to customer service at your store. Which is closed. And useless.

I thought maybe it was just the locations near me, but research has proven otherwise. Poorly stocked, poorly managed, understaffed, and employees at their breaking points. Delivery/pick up is an absolute joke. Prices have blown through the roof and covid is no longer a viable excuse. Case stacks galore and the ridiculous impulsive sales push has made it impossible to walk through stores as you make aisles narrower to add more junk to what used to be prominently GROCERY stores. Customer service appears to always be closed. Online agents won't do anything but tell you to talk to customer service at your store. Which is closed. And useless.

Too hard getting my groceries. Cannot change my phone number. Apps need a lot of work. Not enough info on them. No response from where truck is or eta.

I was in an escalated altercation with a cashier at the store. This is an unsafe environment to shop at with children. The stores hired security will not assist but sit there and gawk at the incident. The employees promoted violence and I don’t believe the store manager is going to rightfully terminate the cashier in question. I will continue to follow up with Corporate. For now, I will not be spending my money in Kroger Co.
