I have had the worst service on my life with Kroger Corp. They have absolutely NO customer service and could care less about their customers. I have been shopping at Kroger for over 20 years and I will never shop there again. i will drive 100 miles out of my way to avoid Kroger. ******* *

This Kroger recently printed new price signs which cover up the actual price of their items. In big numbers, the "price with digital coupon" is shown. Upon close scrutiny, there is an actual "retail price" shown, but it is hidden behind the black bar sleeve which holds the sign. The only way to see the retail price is to remove the sign from its sleeve. Because of this, I ended up paying 7% more on my grocery bill without realizing until after I paid. I live in Trotwood, OH (Dayton) and have shopped at the Englewood, OH Kroger from time to time. Lately, when I go to the shelf to find an item "On Sale" in their ads, the "sale" sticker next to the regular price sticker has, IN VERY FINE PRINT, "with Digital Coupon". So... 1. Not everyone can get the sale price for several items in the store. 2. I am a Kroger Card member, but I can't get the sale price unless I bother to go through the hassle of downloading the coupons. 3. I don't like the fact the sale stickers and ads have... read more
