They switch and bait. I ordered, online, a 6 pack of *** ******hand soap. I received only one. Then when I called to let them know, the manager gas lighted me saying he is not seeing the 6 pack. It's right there on their website. I would like to be given the other 5 that I paid for.
More often than not I am unable to get through over phone when calling to check on prescriptions. IF I do happen to get through, their recordings do not accept any voice answers or number key dials that are supposed to be linked through their system. Worst Customer Service if you can't contact the pharmacy
The Kroger company is ridiculous, I was told that the company just got done eliminating a number of employees jobs, especially in their pharmacy. I spent an hour in line trying to get a blood thinner prescription for my husband since I was taking my husband home from the hospital after having a blood clot in his lung. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! Now Kroger has purchased another grocery chain to RUIN! The Kroger at ******* ********Warner Robins, Ga., store #257 deserves a retraining seminar on customer service, customer courtesy, the whole thing. A friend and I attempted to eat at the deli. The rude cashier- Mikalia- just completely ruined the experience. She actually abruptly stops taking my friend's order to take someone else's order. I went to a kroger in Colorado on 12/24/22 and about 8 of the 50 items rang up too high.....none in my favor. The total overcharge was over $10. The clerk had to send someone for a price check on each one and acted like I was causing the problem. What to do when only a *******and kroger to shop in this town?

These people are completely dishonest!!! They have this program where you can earn Kroger cash back. On the app this is no where to be found. The only way to access this is buy going to kroger.com. I kept wandering where my cash back was so I started googling and that's when I found out you can only access this by going to kroger.com. when I got there I only had $4.50 which I knew was wrong.
