The Kroger company employs deceptive practices. They advertise at a certain price, but charge at a greater price. They do not honor their coupons. Their in store pricing labels is also deceptive.

Rate this company zero/no stars at all on their customer service..I purchased a gift card for ****** for my granddaughter in the amount of $200. However when she tried to use the card on ****** apparently the card was alresdy in the possession of another persons account and was no good...When I called the number on the receipt customer service says they cant reimburse because it was paid for in cash!! Whats the point of the receipt?? All the billions they probably have yet they steal from an old lady and a little teenager!! ... read more

I made a purchase on 5/22/23 and 5/28/23 at the Kroger store in Anderson Township off of Beechmont Ave in Cincinnati Ohio . The purchase on 5/22/23 was for $361.90 & on 5/28/23 for $83.47. To top it all off from 6/2/23 to 4/2/23 I have spent $1056.57 in the past 2 months. Getting back to 5/22/23 and 5/28/23, some of the items purchased either had a funny taste or made me sick. Violated HIPAA by leaving my prescription on the counter for 10+ minutes. Was notified the prescription was ready two days prior to picking it up. When I got there they told me it was not ready and I needed to wait. The woman working printed my prescription then left it on the counter after telling me I needed to wait for them to fill it. The pharmacist caught it and said something to her, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Tried to set up a new account today and their app was taking me round and round a loop. Shut my phone off and rebooted. Then tried to do new account again. And same issue. Could not complete order. So I tried their chat. It's a bot. Waited five minutes and nothing. Tried calling customer service and barely could hear "Glady's" and when I told her I couldn't finish my order she hung up on me. I deleted the app. I lament the two hours of my life I won't get back but after seeing their reviews....I didn't miss anything.

I made a online order on Monday for great discounts but the soonest delivery they had was for Wednesday so I just checked my receipt and boom I got charged full price because the discount was over on Tuesday night and the won't refund me my money. Not only is this not fare but now your stealing money out of my pocket. Shame on you. Its not my fault krogers didn't have delievery for Tuesday so now they treat costumers like this. Horrible and I will never use them again.

I have had the worst service on my life with Kroger Corp. They have absolutely NO customer service and could care less about their customers. I have been shopping at Kroger for over 20 years and I will never shop there again. i will drive 100 miles out of my way to avoid Kroger. ******* *
