I placed an order for pick up as I have Cancer and my children shared Covid with me. I forgot 50 dollars worth of merchandise so I placed a second order. They had the time availability however, because I had already put one order in I would need to come inside to get things I needed. So I will NEVER use the pick up feature and will adjust my shopping away from **** *****, ***which is all I shop to stores that appreciate my business. Who encourages spreading Covid I guess Kroger!

Kroger sold me a $250 **** *****gift card. However, the PIN was unreadable, and **** *****could not utilize the card. I called Kroger 4 different times and was basically told they could not do anything until they heard from **** *****. They did not seem to want to take responsibility for the fact that they sold me faulty merchandise. They finally told me that **** ***** had said the card had been totally used (no balance). I’ve had a recurring problem with the Englewood ,Oh store. On my pick up order the deli items constantly are dropped off my orders as “ out of stock “. I’ve actually called that deli and the items WERE available. So is it a common practice to have employees lie to customers ? Or is it simply a matter of “ they just don’t want to be bothered “? Kroger regularly has coupons on their app that do not work at the register. Krogers does not have registers that are operated by cashiers causing any and all transactions to be done at self-check out, meaning that the customer is now in charge of scanning, bagging and ensuring that all of the items are charged at the correct price. I had to have a prescription filled. I was unaware the prescription was accidently sent to Kroger in Edgewood Ga. However, I do all my shopping at Kroger in Glenwood Ga. The Pharmacy staff at Kroger Glenwood was so nice and accommodating. The pharmacy cashier (Kahlia) downloaded my records so she could tell exactly where the prescription had been sent. The sign at the gas station said $3.29 a gallon. My pump charged me $3.59 a gallon. When I asked I was told they get a call from corporate two times a day to change gas prices and they dont have to change the sign to reflect the price change. That is not right they should not be able to change prices when you stop and go by the sign on the building. There were about six other people with the same problem that had just pulled up. We would have gone to another station.

One of the worst branches to go to. Had my vehicle stolen from there parking lot on September 8th 2023. The homeless population there is unreal and they are oblivious to the problem, they wander the stores looking for things to steal especially at the self check out stands. The cameras inside the store have very poor resolution,there are know cameras in the parking lots of which you would think with a big corporation like that could afford cameras in there parking lot and deffinately better ones in the store given the theft ... read more

They now require a Kroger App and card. Kroger must want young shoppers and not the older ones. I will never enter another Krogers store.

On 9/1/23 I attempted to use the online grocery shopping service with curbside pickup. I spent almost an hour shopping for my groceries before finally going to check out as I have done numerous times before. When I went to put my credit card in to pay for my groceries the website refused to take my payment form. I tried with a second card and that one was refused as well.
