I have bought and sold several houses over the last 20 years and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. It was as if I was irrelevant and the only purpose I had was to sign forms. I did not receive one phone call, text or email from Kristi during the entire process, up until I had to sign forms. Even then I only dealt with the assistant. Kristi's real estate skills are unsurpassed. She came and told us what we would get for the house if we did nothing and then made a list of recommended changes to improve it's quality and appeal. After doing everything she advised us to to do, she returned with an awesome photographer who took beautiful shots of the house. The house sold extremely quickly and due to her expertise and responsiveness, the whole process was pretty much hassle free.
